First, the PVC raw materials and various additives are fed into the hopper of the extruder through the automatic feeding system.
Inside the extruder, two conical twin screws that mesh with each other rotate under the drive of a motor. The rotation of the screw pushes the material forward, and at the same time, because the gap between the screw edge and the barrel gradually becomes smaller, the material is subjected to strong extrusion and shear, which is heated and plasticized.
