The raw material is wood fiber and plastic wastage, firstly we need to process the wood fiber into 40-100 mesh wood powder. and the plastic wastage should be cleaned and crushed into plastic flakes.
The wood powder and plastic flakes should be mixed together with chemical additives. the mixing percentage is around 70% wood fiber with 26% plastic, we shall provide exactly formula to customer according to their material.
the mixed material will be feeded to the parallel double screw extruder of WPC granulator, the material shall be melted and composited together into WPC granules.
the WPC granules will be processed by conical double screw extruder which is specially designed for making WPC products, this extruder will melt the wpc material again and processed the material into the wpc profile mold to form the required size and shape, this line also equip with the cooling device and cutting device.
for making the WPC products with beautiful wooden design, we will equip the surface treatment devices, such as 3D online embossing, sanding machine and brushing machine.
