Wood-plastic WPC pavilion production line mainly includes raw material preparation, mixing, compound granulation, extrusion molding, cooling and shaping, cutting and dressing, surface treatment, assembly and installation and other links.

1. Raw material preparation

Raw material preparation is the first step of the wood-plastic pavilion production line, mainly including wood fiber or wood powder, thermoplastics (such as polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.) and necessary additives (such as coupling agent, antibacterial agent, etc.).

2. WPC mixing machine

In the mixing and mixing process, mix the wood fiber or wood powder and the thermoplastic in a certain proportion, and add the right amount of additives, and fully mix evenly through the mixing production machine.

3.  Wood plastic Composite WPC granulation machine

The mixed material is heated in the specially designed extruder at high temperature. After cutting and mixing with the screw, a good composite and plasticizing effect is achieved to squeeze it out into wood-plastic composite particles.

4. WPC profile extrusion machine and molding

The mixed material is extruded through the extruder to form the desired wood-plastic profile. In this link, the temperature and pressure of the extruder can be adjusted according to the need to control the density and appearance quality of the profile.

5. Cooling and calibration

The extruded wood-plastic profiles enter the cooling area to ensure the dimensional stability and surface quality of the profiles.

6. Cut and trim

Finally, the cutting production machine will cut the cooling-shaped profiles into the required length and make the necessary trimming to get the finished wood-plastic pavilion parts.

7. Surface processing

According to the requirements of customers, the surface of the product is treated to achieve the effect of imitation wood grain. Online embossing can form a 3D wood grain on the surface of the wood-plastic products, and the matte and brushed wool can make the surface of the wood-plastic deck feel rough.

8. Assembly and installation

Wood-plastic pavilions are assembled out of many different wood-plastic profiles. We can design the profile mold needed for wood-plastic pavilions according to customer requirements.
