The working principle of the WPC decking extrusion line is:  WPC granules are feeded into the hopper of the extruder. The extruder plasticizes the mixture through high temperature and pressure, and then extrudes it through a die into a profile of the desired shape. Finally, after cooling and cutting, the finished wood plastic profile is obtained. Co-extrusion is optional for making better wpc products with anti-weather layer.

WPC Decking Extrusion Line is composed by auto feeder, conical double screw extruder, die and mold, cooling and calibration machine, tractor and cutter, and electric control system. During the production process, the raw materials enter the extruder through the feeding system, and are heated, mixed, and melted by the extrusion screw. Then, the molten material is extruded through the die to form the desired shape. The extruded product enters the cooling system for cooling, and the cooled product is pulled out of the extrusion line by the traction machine, and finally cut by the cutting device.
