The heating method uses a cast aluminum heating ring for electric heating, and an Omron temperature controller for precise temperature control. The screw uses bimetallic wear-resistant materials, and the entire screw barrel has an SKD inner sleeve, which can effectively extend the service life of the screw barrel.
