1. First, observe the phenomenon. Carefully check the operating conditions of the extruder, including the extrusion volume, product appearance quality (such as shape, color, size), machine noise, vibration, etc., and record abnormal performance.


2. Secondly, check the process parameters. Check whether the process parameters of the extruder, such as temperature, pressure, speed, and feed speed, are set reasonably, and compare them with the parameters during normal production.
