1. Press molding mold

Features:

The structure is relatively simple and the cost is low.

It is suitable for rubber products with relatively simple shape and large size, such as rubber plate and rubber gasket.

2. Injection molding mold

Introduction: With the help of injection molding machine, the rubber material is injected into the mold cavity for molding.

Features:

High production efficiency, automatic continuous production can be realized.

It can manufacture rubber products with complex shape and high dimensional accuracy, such as precision rubber oil seals.

3. Extrusion molding mold

Introduction: Rubber is extruded into continuous products of specific shapes by extruder.

Features:

The production process is continuous and the output is large.

Product section shape consistency is good, suitable for the production of long rubber products, such as rubber tubes, rubber strips.

4. Die casting mold

Introduction: Put the mixed compound into the mold cavity and vulcanize the compound with the pressure of the die casting plug.

Features:

Suitable for the production of large rubber products, such as rubber tracks.

The densification of the product is better and the quality is higher.

5. Transfer molding mold

Introduction: The rubber material is vulcanized in the mold cavity by transferring pressure.

Features:

It can meet the production of high precision and high requirements rubber products.

The product has stable quality and high dimensional accuracy.

For example, in the manufacturing of auto parts, injection molding molds are usually used for some rubber seals with complex structures but high dimensional accuracy requirements; In the mass production of rubber pipe such as long strip products, extrusion molding mold is more suitable.
