Today, our company has made a major breakthrough in the field of wood plastic production! After unremitting efforts and careful research and development, we have successfully added waste rubber powder to wood plastic production and successfully completed the trial run.
In our experiment,
1， we first mixed 60kg of wood powder with 15kg of waste rubber powder, and added PE recycled materials and auxiliary agents;
2， then the mixed material was plasticized for the first time through the wood plastic pelletizing equipment,
3， and finally the pelletized material was put into the wood plastic floor extrusion line for experiment. Through our engineers' adjustment of parameters such as extruder speed and temperature, we finally successfully produced rubber plastic composite decking in the experiment.
4， And we also use online embossing machines to make the final decking product more beautiful.
