It consists of a twin-screw extruder, single-screw co-extruder, a co-extrusion system, a mold, a calibration table, a tractor and a cutting device. The twin-screw extruder has two intermeshing screws, which can provide stronger shear force and mixing effect.
Working principle of Co-Extrusion WPC Decking Production Machine:
The wood-plastic raw materials enter the twin-screw extruder and and co-extrusion materials enter the single-screw co-extruder through different feeding ports. Under the action of the twin screws, the WPC materials are fully mixed, plasticized, and evenly extruded into the co-extrusion mold, and the co-extrusion materials will also be extruded into the co-extrusion mold after melting as the outer layer of the WPC fasica board. After the mold is formed, it is cooled and shaped on the calibration table, and then pulled to the cutting device by the tractor for cutting to obtain the final wood-plastic fence board product.
