Process flow of the Wood plastic WPC fence production line

1.  Raw material pretreatment: grind the wood fragments into 80-100 wood powder and dry them; the waste PPPE plastic is recycled into small plastic pieces through cleaning and crushing.

2.  Mixing material: mix the pretreated raw materials in the mixer, so that the wood and plastic are fully combined to form a uniform mixture.

3.  WPC Granulation machine: mix the mixed materials at high temperature, to achieve a good composite and plasticizing effect after extrusion, made into wood-plastic composite particles.

4.  WPC Extrusion machine and molding: the wood-plastic particles are heated and extruded through the extruder to form the basic shape of the fence plate. For good aesthetic results, online pressing can be done to form 3D wood grain on the surface of the fence plate, or it can be done offline after subsequent cutting.

5.  Cooling and calibration : through natural cooling or air cooling, the extrusion fence can quickly cool down and keeps the shape stable.

6.  Cutting WPC products: Cut the cooled fence for the required length and size.

7.  Surface treatment: according to customer needs, the surface of wood plastic fence board for embossing, matte, hair and other treatment.

8. Assembly WPC fence: Finally, assemble the fence, including the installation of connections, fixtures, etc.
