PVC SPC floor sheet production machine is a combination of a series of machines and devices used to produce SPC floor sheet.
The following are some of the main components and functions of PVC SPC floor sheet production machine:
Conical twin-screw extruder: responsible for plasticizing and pushing raw materials (such as PVC, stone powder, etc.) to make them into a uniform melt. The extrusion volume varies according to the size and speed of the screw, and a good temperature control system ensures stable plasticizing performance and extrusion efficiency.
Laminating device: If the stone plastic board needs to be laminated, this device is used to cover the decorative film on the surface of the board.
Mold: After the raw materials are heated and dissolved, they are extruded through the mold. The alloy die lip and adjustable flow block can provide uniform pressure to ensure that the shape and size of the board meet the requirements.
SPC sheet Cooling stacker: this stacker is 5 meter length, it is used for nature cooling of the SPC sheet.
SPC sheet edge cutting device: it is used for cutting the width of the SPC sheet, it will cut away the two edges of the SPC sheet.
Hauling machine: Hauling the board to move it at a certain speed and direction to ensure the continuous production of the board. The rubber pressing block of the hauling machine is usually made of polyurethane material, which does not damage the surface finish when hauling the stone plastic line product.
Cutter: Used to cut the continuously produced stone plastic board into the required length and width. For example, some fully automatic cutting machines can cut up to 2400mmx1220mm.
