Pulverizing Blade:
Includes blade and hammer head. They are in direct contact with the wood to cut and strike, and long-term work will cause the blade to wear, deform and even break. If the blade has obvious notches, curled edges, excessive wear resulting in thinning or serious deformation of the cutting edge.Or it is found that the particle size of the crushed wood powder is not uniform, or it takes longer to achieve the expected grinding fineness, which may mean that the tool has been severely worn, and these two situations need to be replaced in time.
Maintenance Method: 1. Check the wear of the blade regularly, usually at regular intervals.
2. Keep the tool clean to avoid corrosion caused by material residues.
3. Ensure that the tool is fastened and balanced during installation to prevent loosening or vibration during operation.
4. If serious wear or deformation is found, replace the new tool in time.
sieve mesh:
Used for screening wood flour that meets the grain size requirements. In the crushing process, by the impact and friction of the material, it is easy to appear damage, deformation or blockage, affecting the screening effect and output. The sieve hole becomes larger, deformed or damaged, leading to the passage of wood powder that does not meet the particle size requirements, or the discharge speed is significantly slowed down, or the phenomenon of frequent blockage may be that the screen is damaged or the blockage is seriously unable to be cleaned, and it needs to be replaced.
Maintenance Method: 1. Clean the residual materials on the screen after each use to prevent clogging.2. Check whether the screen is damaged or deformed, if it is repaired or replaced in time.
3. Avoid excessive impact and extrusion screen, so as not to damage its structure.
bearings:
Supports rotating parts to withstand heavy loads and friction. After working for a period of time, there may be wear, gap increase, heat and other problems, affecting the normal operation of the equipment. If there is an abnormal noise during operation, such as sharp friction or dull banging, there may be a problem with the bearing. Measured with a temperature gun, the temperature is too high, beyond the normal working range, may indicate that the bearing wear is serious. When manually rotating the bearing, it is felt that there is obvious shaking or excessive clearance, and these problems indicate that the bearing needs to be replaced.
Maintenance Method: 1. Add appropriate amount of lubricating oil at specified intervals to maintain good lubrication.
2. Monitor the temperature of the bearing, and stop to check the cause when it is too high.
3.Pay attention to prevent dust and impurities from entering the bearing.
Belt:
If the belt drive is used, the belt will relax or even break due to stretching and wear during long-term use.
Maintenance Method:1.Regularly check the tension of the belt, too loose or too tight should be adjusted.
2.Check the belt surface for cracks, wear and other conditions, if there should be timely replacement.
3.Avoid belt stained with oil or water, affecting its transmission performance.
Lining board:
Installed in the crushing chamber to protect the body from wear. Subjected to repeated impact and friction of materials, it is easy to wear and thin. When we observe the degree of wear, we find that the thickness of the liner is significantly thinner, or the surface wear is seriously deep, affecting the protection of the body, it should be replaced.
Maintenance Method:1.Check the wear degree of the liner regularly and replace it according to the situation.
2.When installing the liner, ensure that it is firm and reliable to avoid falling off during the work.
