When increasing the screw speed:

Increased frictional heat: The faster rotation of the screw will lead to increased friction with the material, thereby generating more heat and possibly increasing the temperature.

Accelerate material transportation: The residence time of materials in the barrel is shortened, which may reduce heat accumulation and avoid excessive temperature rise to a certain extent.


When reducing screw speed:

Reduce friction heat: Correspondingly, the heat generated by friction will be reduced, helping to lower the temperature.

Extend the material residence time: The longer the material is heated, the temperature may rise slightly.


In actual operation, the following points need to be considered to accurately control the temperature:
