In terms of process temperature, if the body temperature is not between 160℃ - 180℃ and the screw temperature is not between 170℃ - 190℃, poor plasticization or material decomposition will occur. In the traction link, if the deviation between the traction speed and the extrusion speed exceeds 3% - 8%, the pipe will bend, deform, and have uneven wall thickness. The sizing and cooling links also have high requirements. If there are slight differences in parameters such as vacuum degree, traction speed deviation, inner hole size tolerance of the sizing sleeve, water temperature, water level fluctuation, water pressure, and nozzle angle deviation, the outer diameter of the pipe, cooling uniformity, and roundness will be affected.
Yongte Plastic Machinery cleverly solves the problem. Its SJSZ92/188 conical twin-screw extruder performs excellently. The screw is made of 38CrMoAlA high-quality alloy steel, nitrided, with a nitrided layer of 0.5mm, a hardness of 900HV, and a chrome plating of 20μm. In the sizing and cooling link, the 304 stainless steel vacuum calibration tank and water spray tank are 3mm thick, corrosion-resistant and stable. The vacuum system stabilizes the vacuum degree at - 0.08MPa - - 0.06MPa, ensuring that the outer diameter accuracy and roundness of the pipeline are within ±0.1mm. The 10m³/h water circulation system keeps the water temperature at 15℃ - 25℃ and cools evenly.
The six-claw tractor has a traction force of 10kN, which can stably pull a 630mm diameter pipe. The speed control system has a 1:3 - 1:8 synchronous speed control and flexible adjustment. The positioning accuracy of the 400mm diameter, 80-tooth saw blade cutting machine is ±0.1mm, and the 500kg load-bearing capacity flip rack properly handles the cut pipes, making the production process smooth and efficient.
