The solenoid valve can precisely control the water flow of the cooling system, and when the temperature of the extruder is abnormal, it acts in time to maintain the appropriate temperature and ensure the stability of the extrusion process. For example, if the temperature is too high, the solenoid valve opens and introduces cold water to cool down, ensuring the quality and efficiency of plastic extrusion.

When the electromagnetic coil of the solenoid valve is energized, an electromagnetic field is generated. This electromagnetic field attracts or pushes the spool, thus changing the opening and closing state of the channel in the valve.

In the plastic extruder, the temperature, pressure and other parameters of the extruder are usually monitored by sensors. When these parameters exceed the set range, the control system will send an electrical signal to the solenoid valve.

For example, when the extruder temperature is too high, the solenoid valve that controls the cooling system opens to allow the cooling medium (such as water) to pass through, taking away excess heat and reducing the temperature.

For example, when it is necessary to control the flow of a certain fluid in the extruder, the solenoid valve will realize the opening or closing of the channel according to the instructions of the electrical signal, so as to accurately control the flow and pressure of the fluid.

The movement of the valve core depends on the interaction between the electromagnetic force and the spring force, fluid pressure, etc. When the electromagnetic force overcomes other forces, the spool moves and opens the channel; When the power is off, the electromagnetic force disappears, the spool returns to the initial position under the action of spring force or fluid pressure, and the channel is closed.
