Nano aeration tube is an oxygenation device used in aquaculture, sewage treatment and other fields.


It uses special materials and structures to produce tiny bubbles, and has the following advantages:


1. Efficient oxygenation: The tiny bubbles produced by microporous aeration have a large contact area with water in the water body, a low floating velocity, a long contact time, and extremely high oxygen mass transfer efficiency.


2. Low oxygenation cost: The oxygen mass transfer efficiency is high, which can rapidly increase the dissolved oxygen in the water body. Its energy consumption is less than a quarter of that of traditional aeration devices, which can greatly save the cost of electricity (diesel).


3. Activate water body: The nano aeration tube installed at the bottom of the pond or suspended in the cage produces a tiny and slowly rising bubble flow, which is like turning the water body into a slowly flowing river, so that the surface water body and the bottom water body are evenly oxygenated at the same time. Adequate dissolved oxygen can accelerate the decomposition of organic matter such as fertile mud deposited at the bottom of the water body, scattered and remaining deteriorated bait, and fish excrement, and transform them into microorganisms, so that the self-purification function of the water body can be restored, and a natural water ecosystem can be established to make the water alive.

The principle of oxygenation is to use Roots blower to press air into the gas pipeline, send it into nanotubes, and disperse it into the water in the form of microbubbles. The microbubbles float from the bottom to the top, so that oxygen is fully dissolved in the water. At the same time, it can also cause the rotation and up and down flow of the water flow, so that the oxygen-rich water in the upper layer of the pond is brought to the bottom layer, so as to achieve uniform oxygenation of the pool water.


The structure of the nano-oxygenation tube is usually mainly composed of the main engine (motor), Roots blower, gas storage buffer device, branch pipe and aeration pipe. The main engine drives the Roots blower through a belt, and the Roots blower is connected to the gas storage buffer device, the main pipe, and the branch pipe, and the branch pipe is connected to the aeration pipe.


In practical applications, the time and period for starting the oxygenation machine are determined according to the law of dissolved oxygen changes in the water body. Generally speaking, the machine is turned on at midnight on rainy days from April to May; it is turned on for 2-3 hours in the afternoon from June to October, and 2-3 hours before and after sunrise; in continuous rainy or low-pressure weather, the machine is turned on at 21:00-22:00 at night and continued until noon the next day; in the late stage of aquaculture, the machine should be turned on frequently to ensure that the dissolved oxygen in the water body is preferably 6-8 mg/L.
